Recognizing Excellence. Mighty 12U RED Team

Head Coach Darroll Lawson of the Mighty Select Nation's 12U RED team recently highlighted three of his student athletes for excellence in the classroom and on the hardwood court. 

James Palmer for all "A" in the classroom.

 James is a student at Woodward Academy and plays point for the Mighty Select RED team. 


















Colin Smith was recently selected as MVP on his school's basketball team at Atlanta Classical Academy.

Colin, in the sixth grade, played on the 7th grade team and received top honors.  He plays power forward on the Mighty Select RED team.

Y. Asaad Lawson, a student at The Museum School of Avondale Estates, achieved the highest average in his class. Asaad plays shooting guard for the Mighty Select RED team.



Three students that excelled. Congratulations to them and we are pleased that they are members of the Select Nation that are upholding the principles of EDUCATION, LIFE SKILLS and SPORTS.

A shout out to Coach Lawson for staffing his Mighty 2015 Select Nation's team with such outstanding student athletes.
