You are invited to attend the noted training that has been held since 2005 

and only $10.00 per 2 hour session, the best value in metro Atlanta.

Basketball Developmental Skills Training

Atlanta Select Head Coach Milton Woods will be conducting basketball skills training on four Saturdays in October, 1st, 8th, 15th and 22d from 3 - 4 pm. 

Location - 1940 Parker Court, Stone Mountain GA.

Cost - $10.00 for all Atlanta Select players, $20.00 for others.

Training will consist of ball handling, game shots and core strength.

Coach Woods is a senior head coach with the highly successful Atlanta Select College Bound teams and he has a history of developing highly skilled payers such as Elias King 

who recently was selected to attend Huntington Prep School in Huntington West Virginia.. 

Huntington Prep is one of the top ten basketball programs in the nation and is home to the top high school level players in the world, including 2013 graduate Andrew Wiggins.

All students are considered NCAA Division I prospects and are recruited by some of the top programs in the country.

Skills Development Camp for 2016 Begins Sunday, Sept 11, 2016

What started in the Fall of 2005 has continued as the first Atlanta Select training activity to begin each AAU season.

The 2016 camp begins on Sunday, September 11, 2016.

This is our twelfth year of training. We started back in 2005. Pictured below is our first training being conducted at the MLK, Jr. Recreational Center on Boulevard Street NE.

After three years at the MLK, Jr. Recreational Center we then moved to 
Coan Middle School for one year.

Above are the coaches that were active in 2006 and 2007 that assisted in the training.

In 2008 and 2009 we trained at several locations to include two YMCAs

We moved to Carver Bible College in 2010 after two years at various other locations.

 Then we found a home at Price Middle School, the school Coach Hill attended as a young man.

Coach Hill and Coach Baskerville supervise the two sessions each Sunday.

Coach Z monitors the action, take pictures and coordinate the overall administration. 
He also identify student athletes that excel in school and present them to the group.

Student athletes are ask to bring in their progress reports. 
Normally a dollar is given for each "A" that is on the report.

All the Select coaches are invited out to assist in the training.

We invite professional basketball players to assist in the training and to discuss "Life Skills".

We start with basic skills and then move to advance basketball skills.

We end each training session with a "Life Skills" subject.

Yes we are looking forward toward seeing you this Fall.  Check us out. 
Low cost, only to pay facility rental. We just want to give back to our young people.
