Second New Atlanta Select Team for 2017 - The Mighty Atlanta Select 17u RED Elite

Head Coach Tony Burton, in his 9th season as an Atlanta Select Head Coach, will lead the Mighty Atlanta Select 17u RED Elite team. 

Under his leadership Atlanta Select teams have gained the fame and glory beyond all expectations. 

Numerous of his former players have moved to the next level in academics and athletics, a testament to his success as a coach and mentor.

This award winning coach has dynamic plans for another successful season.

He is assisted by another senior head coach within the Select Nation, Coach Philip Venson.

After an extremely successful 2016 season, culminating as Peach State Champions and 5 of 6 wins in Las Vegas, he has outlined a showcase schedule for 2017 with his team traveling to Kentucky, Virginia and  Pennsylvania.

First New Atlanta Select Team for 2017 - The Mighty Atlanta Select 17U South

Head Coach Bridgewater (right) and Assistant Coach Freeman (left) will lead the 
Atlanta Select 17u South for the 2017 Atlanta Select AAU season. 

After joining the organization in late Spring of 2016 the coaches will enter their 
first full season with a dynamic team. 

In just two months last season, the coaches captured 3 trophies with their 
extremely talented and skilled team.

The team will play in a Fall league beginning in September,  
the Lewis Sports Academy league  in Douglasville, GA. 
Games will run through October, early November.
The coaches will also enter several of their upperclassman in the Future 150 camps.

On open letter to our Atlanta Select Family Friends and Fans.

Coach Hill and I, along with the other members of the Executive Committee, would like to thank all of you for your hard work and support during the 2015-16 season. 

We commend you for Seeing it Through. 

You continue to make Atlanta Select Basketball Association the premiere organization in Georgia and the Nation and you deserve the credit. Be proud of your accomplishments. 

It has not been easy. 

You have worked extremely hard and through many issues and problems. 

But you are providing a ministry for our young people. 

The rewards may not be evident at this time, but believe me you will see them. 

Again, Coach Hill and I, and all the members of 

Atlanta Select Executive Committee, appreciate all that you do. 

Without you and your support for Atlanta Select we could not be the largest and yes, 

The premiere organization in Atlanta. 

You can be justifiably proud of our organization.
